It is on the booking confirmation we email when the shipment is booked, and on every invoice and arrival notice for that consignment. Sea bookings begin UFIFCL or UFILCL, air bookings UFIAIR, and courier or road consignments UFIEX. If you cannot find it, our desk can look the booking up from your company name and the collection date.

A new booking is usually visible within a few hours of confirmation. After that, milestones update as they happen — collection, export clearance, departure, arrival, import clearance and delivery. Sea freight typically updates once or twice a day while the vessel is at sea; air and courier consignments update more frequently.

Check the prefix and year first, and enter the reference without spaces. If it still does not resolve, the booking may be too recent to have synced, or the reference may belong to a carrier rather than to us. Either way, call the operations desk and we will confirm the status while you are on the line — it is monitored 24/7.

Yes. The tracking page only shows milestone status, origin and destination — no commercial values, party names or documents. You can safely share the reference, or a direct link, with your consignee or customs broker.
